TASK 6: REINFORCEMENT
One’s behavior could be change by a method called reinforcement. Reinforcement can be classified into two categories. The first one is positive reinforcement. For example, if you want to get up early in the morning, you can add some elements in the event that would make you happy. You can achieve this by giving yourself a positive reward—a delicious breakfast. Then you may be more willing to get up early.
The second one is called negative reinforcement, respectively. Negative reinforcement involves one to remove some negative things from the event. For instance, say that you really hate getting a shower in the morning, so you may switch the shower time to the evening. Then you may be more able to get up early because there is no annoying things waiting for you to be done.
