i have a question. in fact i am very fluent in speaking with people without any "ehm" and other problem. but I dont know why in recording a file for speaking tasks for toefl, i cant do my best. what should i do?

Ok, maybe you are nervous when you are talking in front of a computer.
There is a simple solution: Speak a bit slowly and clearly. Don't think about marks.. After practice this way for some days, then speed up. This should remove 'ehn'.
