Dear sir/madam,
I am Harry Martin, a frequent customer of your renowned car rental agency. Last week, I rented a car (NY4587) from your agency from 22nd june to 27 june. Through my journey, I experienced few issues with that car. I am writing this letter to bring your concern about those issues.
Let me elucidate in details. few of my friends came to visit my hometown therefore I booked a car with you for five days, my booking id is AIR4532IB. However, my experience was really annoying. Firstly, we ordered Seven seater innova car but I got shocked to hear that there was some strike at your agency so you sent me Honda accord. Anyhow, I agreed with that but later we came to know that it is a diesel car, it was really tough for me to drive it as it was my first experience. Also to make the matters worse, there was a permanent child lock on back seats.
To compensate me for this tremendous inconvenience, I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. I had heard a lot about your comfortable and trouble-free services but honestly my experience was just the opposite.
I request you to consider my complaint seriously and fix all the aforementioned issues to maintain your goodwill and customer satisfaction.
