The bar chart provides information about how many learners are either studying full-time or part-time in Britain during a specific period of time. Learners are then classified into male and female.
As shown on the chart, both men and women tended to assign part-time education rather than full-time in every specific year. The number of students attended in each education system gradually rises over time except male part-time learners which fluctuate over the years.
In the 1970’s semester, full-time learning was not a popular option for females compared to the 1980’s semester with around a hundred thousand differences. On the other hand, started in 1980, the number of part-time female learners significantly rise from approximately eight hundred thousand and finished with one million one hundred thousand students in 1990.
As for male learners, the full-time learning rate steadily climbs from one hundred thousand students in 1970 to around twenty-two thousand in 1990. However, the full-time learning rate was not constant. One million students attended full-time education in 1970, then dropped to approximately eighty-eight thousand in 1980, and finished in 1990 with around one thousand more growth.
