The diagram illustrates the steps of process, whereby undergraduates fulfill their experience in employment.
Overall, the procedure involves six stages from sending applications to preferred employers to submitting the final report, which is a must in order to get credits.

First, applicants need to select potential employers from a university approved list, and interviews should then be arranged. Following interviews, applications can be submitted to interesting companies. Once, letter of acceptance is received, it is submitted to professor for approval. Having been approved, work schedule should be prepared to be employed a minimum of 10 hours/week over 20 weeks. While students are working, weekly report form should be filled out and submitted to professor for evaluation on every Friday. Next, work supervisor submits evaluation form to the university after having an evaluation meeting during last week at work. Lastly, final report should be submitted before last week of spring term, after which credits are awarded to students.
