Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am the responsible citizen of B-1 society and I am writing to you to express my intense dissatisfaction about the construction of block of flats on the park opposite my residence. I came to know about this lamentable news through our local T.V news channel.
To begin with, all the residents of this society are absolutely against this construction due to several legitimate reasons. Firstly, this is the only park in the whole society and it is the soul of it as it is a playground for children to play games like cricket, hockey and football etc. Also, adults come here for jogging and exercising which is pivotal for their good health. Moreover, old age people like me visit there to meet friends and relax by spending quality time with them while enjoying the beauty of nature.
Therefore, we have decided to protest against this by picketing on main road on coming Monday. So, I want you to convey this message to all residents through your newspaper in order to get maximum support.

I am living in this society form last 15 years and there is only one park in this society. I have read in the newspaper about the construction of new building on park space. All people of this area come in this park. Old age people come to spend free time and children also play various games. Apart from this, if any one get free time for jogging and exercise than they also come here to do this in the beauty of nature.
As I have heard about this I felt very bad and all the people who are residing their are against it and protesting this building construction. I suggest that this building should be established somewhere else looking into consideration the attachment of people with this park.
I hope you will look into this matter.
