Universities have a significant effect on the students' decisions after graduation, particularly in which path should pursue. Thus, universities should advise students to take courses only within the field they have a passion for studying them. Therefore, I strongly agree with the prompt for encouraging the students to follow their interests for two crucial reasons.

Firstly, in the university study years, one can build up experience in the scope he wants to continue after graduation. For this reason, university should aid those students to study subjects which are directly related to their passion for acquiring the requisite skills for the job market. On the other hand, if a student study lots of different courses far from his interested scope will graduate only with survival skills, as well as will not do well during the study years. For example, if a student is impassionate with artificial intelligence; he should deal with statistical analysis and coding techniques; but, he will not be zealous to study internal designs or historical research. Therefore, if the university did not urge students to study what they are interested in, will weakly do their tasks in those other courses, and consequently, precluded them from gain adequate experience for the future career.

Secondly, build upon the previous point, if the colleges did not provoke their students to study their preferable courses; those students after graduation will have to work the easiest or first opportunity may they find regardless if it suits them or not. Of course, their choices will be influenced by their ephemeral experience; because they did not build this experience or even the required skills to decide which career suits them, and consequently, they will not do their work effectively. Recently, there are lots of researches demonstrate how our happiness level affects our performance in work. For example, if someone had to work as history teacher rather than his favourite job as a programmer; his performance will be tenuous as a coronally will fail to succeed and effect or even to be positively influencer. Thus, students must choose and pursue what they want to work on in the future.

In conclusion, universities should urge their students and also provide them with all support to follow their passion by studying the relevant courses for helping them in acquiring the requisite experience for their future career.

As the famous saying,” the failure is the mother of the success”, this is statement elaborates to what extent the importance that failure urges the individual to get up again and then success. The prompt states that the best leader who listens to the feedback from whom lead. I strongly agree as this feedback acts as a mirror for the leader to be able to evaluate his leadership and then, doesn’t fail in that position for two reasons.
Feedback for any leader is a mirror for himself, for his actions and decisions whether they are on the right way or not. For example, if the CEO of a company and suggests releasing a new product to a new market. In this case, he needs to deem this suggestion and analyze it with the experts in the company to know if this specific product suits that market or not. Otherwise, he could fail to prose this new commodity and receive the desired success. This example illustrates how important not only listening to the feedback after individual decisions are made; it is also crucial seeing the whole picture before starting any step. Thus, the more the leader or officer listen to the feedback, the more can be successful.
The insightful leader who can avoid the others’ mistakes; otherwise, will naively repeat them. For example, in 2011, in Egypt, Egyptian had made a revolution to expel their president Moubarak. They decided that for his deadly mistakes towards his nation. Then, they could elect a new one, after one year from his tenure; they ousted him as well. Due to his obstinacy did not listen to the denizens and what was their complaint about his leadership. He was repeating all the mistakes for the former presidents; because he did not consider their opinions towards his leadership. The example demonstrates the importance of listening to who are led; Otherwise, that boss will go to the same way which does not have a right end. Listening to who are under our supervision not only helps in avoiding the mistakes but also helps in evolving our mindset. In addition, the quality of our decisions. The more take from other experience, the more enhance the one skills in how to lead effectively.
In conclusion, the successful leader who gives a chance to who is under oversight for saying their standpoints gives him their opinions and perspectives towards what he is doing to be able to succeed and improve his leadership skills. Moreover, to avoid others’ mistakes and not merely repeat them naively.
