The graph gives information about the number of acid rain emissions in millions of tonnes from four batches in the UK between 1990 and 2007.
It is clear from the graph that the transportation and communication have a slight upward trend. Meanwhile, the other subject surveyed tend to decrease their number of acid rain emissions over the time of this search. All of the time, the acid rain emission from the domestic were lowest in comparison with the rest.
In 1991, the figure for Electricity, gas and water supply occupied highest position with about 3.3 tonnes and much more about 1.2 tonnes compared to the acid rain created by transport and communication. From 1991 to 1996, the statistic of domestic and other industries had the same pattern and fluctuated slightly around the range from 0.5 to 0.7 tonnes.
From 1996 onwards, the emission from transport and communication gained the first position with 1.75 tonnes and decreased modestly by 0,5 tonnes in 2001 before keeping the stable level the six next years. Over the same periods, the electricity, Gas and Water supply witnessed a significant decrease to 0.5 tonnes in 2007 and only much more than Domestic about 0.2 tonnes. On the other hand, the figure for transport and communication peaked at a tonnes and fell to 0.75 tonnes in 2007.
