The bar chart illustrates three standards of education of Bulgarian people who intended to migrate to foreign country in three years 2002, 2006 and 2008.
Overall, the figure for people with secondary education wanted to go and live in another country was highest each year. And the level of higher education and primary and lower education was quite equivalent in 2002 and 2006 before there was a clear difference in 2008.
Overview, the number of Bulgarian who have plan to living abroad with secondary education level was slowly decrease over the years. But the figure of people with secondary education was the highest in three categories with 65 percent in 2002, 61 percent in 2006 and 59 percent in 2008.
Besides, in 2002 and 2006 the proportion of people with higher education and primary and lower education wanted to leave Bulgaria was equivalent. There was 17 percent and 18 percent people respectively had higher education and primary and lower education in 2002 and the same proportion in 2006 was 20 percent 19 percent people. Then, this proportion had dramatic difference in 2008 with 32 percent primary and lower education but just 9 percent higher education.
