Overall, what stands out from the graph is that china was the country that produced and consumed electricity of a maximum, whereas, Brazil was producing at the lowest level. Another interesting point is that all the countries were generating electricity more than their consumption except Germany in a given period of time.
Looking at the details, China and the USA were most engaged with electricity, their production was 5398 kWh, 4099 kWh, and consumption was 5322 and 3866 respectively. Russian production was 1057 kWh and her usage was slightly less than its production (1038). However, Brazil was producing about half of Russia and her usage was 455.8 kWh.
Germany was the only country, which consumption (582.5 kWh) is greater than its production (871 kWh), while on the other side, only India's production of electricity is much greater than its consumption which is 698.8 kWh. In ranking Korea is in the last number having electricity-production 485.1 kWh and Consumption 449.1 kWh.
