The pie charts below represent information about the average percentage of three distinct nutrients, namely sodium, saturated fats, and added sugar used in meals by the United States, the excessive usage of these nutrient substances has side effect on human health.

Overall, It is quite apparent from the charts that In breakfast, all substances are used at a minimum quantity. The majority of Sodium and saturated is consumed at dinner, while snakes hold the maximum percentage of added sugar. whereas, all these nutrients used at lunch in normal quantity.

A meal in dinner included 43% of sodium which is the maximum quantity of all, whereas, the quantity of added sugar was just above half of the sodium, whereas saturated fat consumed 37%. In breakfast, the consumption of sodium was 14% which is the minimum quantity of all, while others both saturated fat and added sugar were used equally (16%).

42% of added sugar was consumed in snacks, while the substance of saturated fat was its half, and sodium was consumed 2/3rd of saturated fat. Lunch consumes sodium, saturated fat and added sugar 29%, 26%, and 19% respectively.
