The given histogram shows the man and woman who had a not job during the year 2008 and 2009. The record was calibrated in a percentage by the month.
As seen clearly, men had a high unemployment rate in Oct 2009, whereas same year woman had a less than 15 percent unemployment. Moreover, in Jan 2009 and April 2009 men rate are identical to each other, same as in woman in July 08 and April 08 . Furthermore in Jan 08 woman percentage was half of the man percent, which is about 10 percent.
Moving further, in April the man who had a not job is more as compare to woman. Also, considering july 09 woman rate are nearly as touch to man rate and which was about 15 percent. In addition, after the April 2009 woman rate was escalated significantly.
Overall, careful scrutiny of the bar chart reveals that man had a higher unemployment rate than woman. Also, within upcoming months, man rate was clearly superseding the woman rate by great margins.
