The data demonstrated the employment percentages of female and male in three countries, including Canada, South Korea, and Sweden from 2005 to 2015.
First of all, in 2005 the hightest employment rates of men in amount this three countries was Sweden which was roughly about 78 percent, while South Korea also had a very close percentage which was 75 percent. The lowest employment rate of men was Canada which was 63 precent. Meanwhile, the highest employment rates of women in these countries was Sweden, it had over 40 percent women employment rate. On the other hand, South Korea had the lowest percentage of women were hired in the data which only was 30 percent in 2005.
Secondly, Canada had the significant changed of the employment rates in each gender in 2015. The employment rate of male in cananda increased 10 percent which reached to 70 percent. As well as the employment rate of female which from 37 precent climbed up to 55 percent, thus, Canada had the highest women employment rate in these three countries. By contrast, the lowest employment rate of women was still South Korea, which was around 35 precent. Regardless, the highest employment rate of male was South Korea which was 78 precent.
