The line graph illustrates nativity rate in China and USA which is displayed over 80 years from 1920 until 2000. Units are described by percentages.
Overall, the birth rate of both country are decrease over the time of observation, while mostly USA surpass China in terms of the number of children delivered. In the beginning of period, USA had higher rates than China which was overtaken by China in 1933 and 1950, however USA come back to outperform China until 2000 with larger gap.
With regards to the exact percentage of birth rate, USA had higher rate with approximately 11% and the dive in 1940 up to 5% before rise again to its peak with 15%. On the other hand, the number of birth rate in China only slightly below USA from start point with 10% and reached its lowest point in 1940 up to 5% and remain stable for 5 years. Five years letter, China rate dramatically skyrocketing up to 20% and surpass USA nativity rate, however it slump again below USA until 2000
