This is discernible from the layout that in 1970 birth rate was 1.2 million, whereas, death rate was slightly behind by 0.2 million. After a decade birth rate was still constant, while dath rate elevated to 1.3 million. However, an rise in birth rate was seen by 1990 and mortality rate remained following same trend.

It is also apparent that in 2000 a significant increase was there in birth rate from 1.7 to 2.7 million and higher again after 10 years. Whereas, this is predicted that it will become 3.2 million by 2020. On the other side mortality rate lowered with time and was in range of 0.5 to 1 million from 2000 to 2010. At last it will be similar in future as well.

From overall analysis, it is seen that in Switzerland in birth rate there was huge difference in twentyth century and twenty-first. On the contrast, mortality rate was below one and half million.
