Overall, it is clear that sodium and saturated is consumed with highest percentage in dinner meals, while added sugar accounted for highest number in snack meal. All of three nutrients have lowest proportion in breakfast.
As can be seen, sodium and saturated make up the biggest percentage in the dinner, at 43% and 37%, respectively, compare with 23% in the amount of added sugar is consumed in dinner. Sodium, saturated fat and added sugar accounted for the smallest proportion in four types of meals, ranging from 14% to 16% in the breakfast.
In the nacks meal added sugar is consumed highest, just above two fifths. This figure is lower than in sodium and saturated, at 14% and 21%, respectively. The amount of sodium is consumed in lunch at 29%, higher than by 3% of saturated fat and 10% of added sugar.
