The bar chart gives information about the amount of money that residents of two countries consumed goods in 2010.
Overall, it is clear that spending on cars accounted for the highest expenditure in both UK and France. In addition, UK spent more money on consuming products than France (except computers and perfume).
On the one hand, expenditure on car in France was 400000 pounds sterling, 50000 pounds sterling lower than UK's figure. 300000 pounds sterling was the amount of money that residents in France bought books, compared to 400000 of UK's expense. In contrast, Frenches spent significant higher money on computers than UK residents (about 35000 pounds sterling).
On the other hand, the lowest spending in UK was on perfume, approximately 150000 pounds sterling while the figure for France was 200000 pounds sterling. UK people spent about 350000 pounds sterling on buying cameras, over two times higher than France's figure.
