The chart gives information about post-school qualifications in Australia by both men and women in 1999.

It is clear that the qualification held by men the most was skilled vocational diploma with over 90%. Whereas the percentage of women who held this diploma was 10%. Undergraduate diploma was the most held one by women however, it was the least held one by men respectively with over 70% and 40%. Bachelor's degree was also held by the majority of women but as a distinct from women, only 50% of men held this diploma.

Even though the postgraduate diploma was the second most held by men with 70%, it was not held by most of the women. Master’s degree was held by a large proportion of both women and men. 60% of men and 40% of women held this diploma.

The overall picture is that each qualification had different percentages of post-school qualifications from both genders. Also some of the diplomas were held the most by men and the least held by women.
