The given bar chart gives information about international sales for the top five cellular phones companies during the years 2009 and 2013. The units sold measured in million.
In general, it can be seen that Samsung and Nokia companies achieved the highest sales compared with other brands in 2009. However, the Apple brand was the lowest sales in 2009 then increased in the next years but still lower than Samsung and Nokia.
Beginning with 2009, it can be observed that the units sold for Samsung were more than 200 million. However, the Apple sold around 30 million. The sales for Nokia were close to the Samsung selling, which were approximately 440 million. Whereas the sales for LG and ZTE were 120 and 40 million respectively.
Moving to 2011, it can be witnessed that the sales of Samsung, Apple and ZTE increased to around 340, 90, and 50 respectively. Whereas the sales of Nokia and LG declined slightly to 420 and 80 million respectively.
Finally, in 2013 the sales of Samsung peaked at around 450 million. While LG company decreased slowly by 10 million compared with 2011.
