Overall, it is evident that the proportion of fuel used in transport sector in Slovakia from 2009 to 2010 was the largest whereas the opposite was true of Greece's.
As can be seen from the bar chart given, the portion of fuel used in transport sector in Slovakia always ranked in the first between 2009 and 2010, compared to the remaining nations and EU average. The figure for Slovakia witnessed a plummet to about 6.5% in 2010, while that of Italy and France slightly rose to almost 5.2% and 4.3%, respectively. There was a plateau of the figure for Austria at merely 5.2% from 2009 to 2010.
As far as the bar chart is concerned, there was a negative correlation between the percentage of fuel used in transport sector in Spain and that of Greece between 2009 and 2010, in which the former minimally decreased to approximately 3% and the latter slightly increased to about 2%. The figure for EU average witnessed a minimal slip from 6% to almost 5% in 2010.
