The largest percentage of accommodation renting witnessed in 1918, the opposite was true for the rate of households in owned accommodation in the same year.
It can be seen that the figure for households in owned starting at 21 percent and finishing at approximately 65 percent, which was far higher 44 percent. In addition, the proportion of accommodation owning in 1939 and 1953 were identical, at roughly 31 percent.
About households in rented accommodation, the rate experienced an downward trend that the figure for this category in 2011 declined about 35 percent, compared with the starting point at nearly 80 percent.
