Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Overall, the % of households trend in both owned and rented house has been reversed in the year 2011 compared to previous years. In the years 1939 & 1953, the trend remained the same and % of households for both the categories were same in the year 1971.

The % of household in owned accommodation rose from 22% in the year 1918 to 69% in 2001. Until 2001 there was a steady increase and in the year 2011 the % dropped to 65% from 69%. The trend remained stable in the years 1939 & 1953 and there was no significant change noticed between the years 1991 and 2001.

The % of household in rented accommodation appears to be slipped from 78% in the year 1918 to around 30% in the year 2001. The trend changed in the year 2011, where the % increased to 38%. The % of households in rented accommodation was same in the year 1939 & 1953.
