The chart below shows the value of one country's exports in various categories during 2015 and 2016. The table shows the percentage change in each category or exports in 2016 compared with 2015.
The bar chart compares five groups of exporting earnings in one country in 2015 and 2016, and the table demonstrates changes in percentage over the one-year period.
It is clear that the revenues of the products increased for four out of five categories, and petroleum products contributed to the biggest incomes in both 2015 and 2016. We can see that even though earnings from textiles kept in small numbers compared to those from others, it grew faster than that of any others.
According to the bar chart, the amount of money coming from petroleum products rose from 60 billion in 2015 to about 62 billion dollars in 2016, ranked as the most popular exporting goods. Similarity, earnings from engineered goods, agricultural products and textiles showed an increasing trend, from 58 to 60, 31 to 32, and 25 to 33 billion dollars respectively over 2015 to 2016. Gems and jewellery, by contrast, became less popular over the period from 2015 to 2016, with a fall from 43 to 41 billion dollars.
Looking at the percentage change in the table, the textiles industry saw the most significant fluctuation, demonstrating an increase of 15.24% compared the sales from 2015 and 2016. The changes for turnover in the percentage of engineered goods and gems and jewellery were both over 5%, 8.5% more for the former and 5.18% less for the later. Products from petroleum and agriculture contributed stably to around 32 billion dollars in the incomes from overseas.
