The chart shows ways that schoolchildren get to school in three different countries.

The bar chart illustrates some transport children use to go to their school in Australia, the USA and the UK. At first glance, it is evident that cars are the most popular transport in the USA and the UK.
It can be seen from the chart that children in three separate countries use cars, school buses, bicycles, public transport and other transport or walk to the school. There are 40 percent and 39 percent of schoolchildren using cars in the USA and the UK respectively. Whereas the number of Australian children using cars is just over half compared to the USA. The second most popular transport is the school bus and children in the USA use it most, accounting for 37 percent.
The number of Australian and UK children walking to school is similar statistics, at 19 percent and 15 percent respectively, while the figure for the USA just occupies at a twentieth. Bicycles and public transport are selected by the minor quantity of schoolchildren. And the percentage of public transport is higher than that of bicycles by just under 15 percent. The minority of children decide to go to school by others
