The provided three pie charts represent an overview of average percentages of Sodium, Saturated fats and Added Sugars” in the four different meals consumed in the USA.

Overall, the highest percentages of the sodium and the saturated fats used in the dinner, while the greatest sugar added in the snacks. In addition, the lowest amount of all three types of nutrients used in the breakfast.

In dinner, a significant amount of the sodium and the saturated fats were consumed by the Americans and it was 43% and 37% respectively; however, the sugar was used by 23%. The lowest percentages of all three nutrients consumed in the breakfast and it was 14%, 16% and 16% in the sodium, the saturated fats and the added sugar respectively.

Furthermore, the higher percentage of the sugar consumed in snack’s meal and it was 42%; Whereas, 14% of the sodium and 21% of saturated fats used in the snacks. Meanwhile, in the meal of lunch, sodium, saturated fats and added sugar consumed by 29%, 26% and 19% respectively.
