Overall, it can be seen that Sodium and Saturated fat are mostly consumed in Dinner while Added Sugar is mainly eaten in Snacks. Moreover, all nutrients are least consumed in Breakfast.

Sodium and Saturated fat are mostly consumed in Dinner, with percentage of 43% and 37%, respectively. The second-highest proportion of Sodium and Saturated fat are eaten in Lunch, accounted for 29% and 26%, respectively. For Breakfast and Snacks, Sodium has the same proportion at 14% while Saturated Fat contributed 16% and 21% in Breakfast and Snacks, respectively.

Meanwhile, Snacks mostly contained Added Sugar, which has 42% proportion.Following Snacks are Dinner and Lunch which have 23% and 19% percentage of Added Sugar, respectively. The least Added Sugar is consumed in Breakfast with percentage of 16%.
