The provided pie charts illustrate the estimated percentage of three different nutrients (sodium, added sugar and saturated fat) in breakfast, dinner, lunch and snacks in the USA.

Overall it can be seen that there is a significant difference amongst the charts.

According to the data, the vast majority of sodium is represented during dinner, while only 14% of it can be found in breakfast and snacks. Regarding saturated fat, 37% is consumed during dinner time and more than a quarter (26%) at lunch. Moving on to added sugar, snacks show the highest figure with 42% and breakfast the lowest with only 16%.

Comparing this information, it can be observed that sodium and saturated fat are consumed in higher percentages at dinner, whereas added sugar at snacks. Finally, the least amount of these three ingredients can be found in breakfast.
