Overall, it is readily apparent that Sodium and Saturated fat are mostly eaten during Dinner, while Added Sugar is mainly ingested during Snacks

In detail, both Sodium and Saturated fat are mainly consumed during Dinner, at 43% and 37%, respectively. Next, Sodium and Saturated fat are mostly found in Americans' Lunch, at 29% and 26%, consecutively. After that, Americans mostly ate Sodium during both Breakfast and Snacks, which had tied percentages, at 14%. Next, the least Saturated fat could be found at Americans' Snacks and Breakfast, which contained 21% and 16% of Saturated fat, respectively.

Meanwhile, Added Sugar is mostly eaten by Americans during Snacks, which contributed 42%. Following Snacks is Dinner, which had more than a half of Snacks' Added Sugar percentages, 23%. Lastly, Added Sugar was least consumed during Lunch and Breakfast, at 19% and 16%, consecutively.
