In 1985 and 1986, Japanese who visited abroad for tourism was approximately 5millions, there was an additional increase of about 3millions following the next two years. Subsequently, between 1989 and 1990, about 11millions people from Japan travel out for sightseeing, However, this number remained stabled at just 12millions between 1992 and 1993.
