The charts illustrate information about government's outcome on culture and education between 1995 and 2005, and the rate of people participating in arts events, in the same years. Overall, most people attended art events to watch music arts, while searched literature was the least that people participated on the event. Furthermore, the government-subsidized a lot of money on music, whereas literature amount was the lowest devoted during the period.

Looking at the first chart, the government was expended most of their consideration on music and visual arts started in 1995. However, after one decade it went down slightly for music, while visual arts dipped enormously. Additionally, for the theatre and music, there was increased significantly by the end of the period.

Turning into the second chart, there was a dramatic increase in all types of Arts Events except for visual arts. In addition, the highest total of people entered a specific event was music in the year 1995 and 2005 by around 25.000 at approximately 125.000 and 150.000. Moreover, the theatre was above 50.000 in 1995 then rose slightly in 2005. Likewise, the number of people joined in the Literature slight growth although in both years were just under 50.000. Lastly, visual arts was 50.000 participants, before it dropped minimally below 50.000.
