In one hand, the bicycle is chosen by 30% of people because of health and fitness. While the same amount of people thinks that it creates less pollution. Additionally, Half of the people don’t want to face parking problems and bicycles are easy to park. However, the other reasons it has no maintenance cost said by 13% and bicycles are faster than driving mentioned by 12% of people.
On the other hand, 40% of people acquired a car because of the comfort. The long distance to work is also one of the reasons to travel in the car to reach work on time said by 21% of people. Moreover, cars have a powerful engine which moved faster than a bicycle from one place to another. Furthermore, people need to carry things to work which is sufficiently and easily carried in the car.
