The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
The given pie charts compares the average visitor’s response regarding Parkway Hotel customer services in two separate years; 2005 and 2010, in five mentions indicators.
Over this span of 5 years, average percentage of Satisfactory, Very poor and poor have showed a reverse pattern whereas the indicators of Excellent and good have showed an upward trend.
It can be clearly seen that, almost half of the national and international found satisfaction on the customers service in 2005 whilst it had decreased by more than half in 2010 and reached at about 17%. Similarly, the indicator of poor and very poor on the basis of Parkway Hotel services showed a dramatic decline, with 21% and 15% respectively in 2005 and stabilized at 12% and 4% respectively over the period.
On the other hand, visitors response in the categories of Excellent and good have showed an upward trend, rising from 5% and 14% respectively in 2005 and reached up to 28% and 39% respectively in 2010 in the question.
