The charts illustrate the results of a survey that questioned visitors to the Parkway Hotel how the evaluate the hotel's customer care. The exact questionnaire was given to 100 guests in two years 2005 and 2010.

Overall, in 2005 the highest portion answered that they were satisfied by the service presented, whereas the smallest segment felt the service was excellent. In comparison, in 2010 the biggest percentage though the service was good, while the lowest proportion expressed that the service was very poor.

Regarding to, the opinions believe the service was good increased almost threefold from 14% at the first year to 39% at the last one, in addition the voices rated the service excellent the same rose accounted 5% in 2005 to 28% in 2010.

so as to, visitors view was the service was satisfactory made the biggest decrease from 45% to 17%, as well as who rated it poor and very poor declined from 21% and 15% to 12% and 4% respectively.
