Tarnagul is a small town located near Melbourne. The maps present the towns' changes over 100 years.
Overall, it is clear that in 1990 to 1950 the town was a rural area, in which the main activities were agriculture and pastoral. Further at the end of the period the town was changed into a tourist destination
First of all, in 1990 the town area located in the central surrounded from the north by orange farm and in the south by mandarins farm, whereas a river run through the town.In addition a dairy situated in the west across the river and opposite the town area. A main road goes from the east to the west through the river and town area.
So as to, the year 1995 the town area was enlarged. Furthermore,the mandarins farm was replaced by an orange farm also the dairy was removed and replaced by an larger lemons and grapefruit farm.
Packing shades with its' track was constructed.
Finally, regarding to the final year the packing shades was demolished a local museum and craft market built instead, the town area almost back to the same size in 1990. Moreover, a new park besides the old southern orange farm was built, the frames became underutilized region. a Wildlife sanctuary was built rather than the lemon farm.
