Overall, the number of speed cameras used has seen an consistent increase from 2002 to 2005. Moreover, the percentage of deaths and accidents have been irregular in the given years.

Firstly, the road accident cases are just over 3% in the year 2002, which has increased to around 3.5% in the year 2004 and has reached its highest point of 4% in last mentioned year. Furthermore, the death cases start at less than 1% in 2002 and has reached a point of 1% in the year 2004. The cases have seen a drastic increase in the middle of 2004 (close to 2%) and finaly stands just above 1% in 2005.

The number of speed cameras used started below 50 in 2002 and increased slight in the year 2003. It crossed the 50 mark in the year 2004 and almost touched 150 in the year 2005.
