Given charts illustrate the percentage of employees in both sexes in five different job categories in an engineering corporation in the years 2005 and 2007.
Overall, women attended to administration position more than men and more than other jobs in both years, but in 2015 analytics were most men, which were the highest given position men in that year. However, in 2005, vice president and analyst had the most men in positions.
First of all, in 2005, the percentage of men joined to be an administrate was the lowest between other jobs, almost 10%. On the other hand, vice presidents and analysts were more v men rather than women, and with the highest percent of attendants for these jobs, nearly 70%, which in regards to women, these statics were vice versa in percentage.
Secondly, in the year 2005, in contrast to the year 2005, the number of individuals for vice president and although managing positions were the same for both genders and have been almost 50%. Directors, however, in second place, had 60% of chairs for women, besides the analysts was the last position that women had in mentioned year.
