To start, 65% of students are looking to pursue MBA for increasing their job opportunities. 15% of them considered MBA so that they can do their job better. Just over 10% (12%) of the students have choosen MBA for enhancing their personal skills. Less than 10% of students who cleared MBA have chosen their degree inorder to help other people.
To continue, half of the job hiring mainly focused on personality and previous knowledge of the graduates. 20% of selection is based on previous connections of the MBA passouts. Furthermore, the qualification of the candidate is the least important criteria inorder to secure a job after completing MBA.
