Today, a company is because of its employees. employees and management are the pillars of the company. Company goodwill and success is dependent on the employees. Companies top level management authorities should take employees suggestions or ideas because they are the only one who implements the planning and take out the conclusion. In the further paragraph, we will discuss the advantages of the employee's suggestions or ideas should take by company top-level authorities.
Firstly, Employees in the organizational decision is an advantage to both employee and company. Employee suggestions matter it gives motivation and self-confidence. When employees get motivated it helps to increase the productivity and change the attitude. It gives the employee to think out of the box. It also saves money because the ideas are for free if we take suggestion in the authorities company have to hire a consultation for suggestions or idea. It also gives the idea about thinking of the employees. It exemplifies, that top authorities should take employees suggestions and ideas.
Secondly, it shows the hard work of the employee. It helps the company to think about the promotion and increase in the fair of the employees by which they will be like important to the firm. For example, in a current firm, there is an online app in the company on which employees can give their ideas which help the company to gain and it increases the confidence of the management to hire and listen to the suggestions of the employees. It exemplifies, that employees are important for the company.
In the conclusion, the company should involve the employee in the decision making. They should take suggestion or ideas from employees it will help and generate profit and help them to move the company in the right direction.
