The three diagrams illustrate about what changes occured at West Park Secondary School since its construction year 1950 to 2010.

Overall, the school experienced plenty of improvement throughout the period. Houses and farmland entirely fade out from sight whose areas' utilized not only by car park but the science block as well.
In 1950, initially houses, farmland, school and playground covered all the areas which were opposite to main road. Car park and science block were constructed within three decades whose area belongs to residential houses in earlier days. Similarly, the sports field appeared in the year 1980 by replacing farmland . There was no further replacement with school(main building) and playground in 1980s.
In 2010, the area of car park extended as a result, it covered all part of sports field. In contrast, playground compressed and certain proportion was used by sports field in 2010. Both school(main block) and science block did not witnessed any enhancement after 1980 to 2010.
