Left graph describe the process production of cement. Moreover right picture, summarize the manner of making concrete by cement.
Overall, it should be mentioned that, clay and lime stone are the main element of cement. And necessity cement for concrete is produced after 5 stages schematically.
Firstly, limestone and clay are crushed with each other by crusher, then, produced powder will be mixed after passing through mixer, and thirdly rotating heater is used to cook the uniform powder. In approach, cooked material should be grinded to name the cement. Finally, cement is packed in bags.
Gravel with 50% is the main substance for making concrete. In addition sand is the second important material with 25%. This material should be mixed in concrete mixer and water and cement also is added to them by 10% and 25% respectively. After an adequate mixing concrete will be prepared.
