The first given pie chart describes the energy consumption in Australian household and second pie chart shows illustrate the greenhouse gas emission by Australian household.

Overall, heating is the main way of using energy in Australia, while water heating operation emit the maximum amount of greenhouse gas. In addition cooling has the minimum share of energy applying in Australian household and also produce the latest amount of greenhouse gas.

After heating by 42% of energy consumption, water heating operation utilize 30% energy in Australian household, while water heating make greenhouse gas about two times as much as heating which is 15%. Cooling has the smallest share of energy consumption by 2%, and this operation cause 3% of produced greenhouse gas.

Lighting, refrigeration and other application use 26% of energy in Australian household (4%, 7% and 15% respectively). In other word just one fourth of Australian household energy use belong to them, nevertheless more than 50% of greenhouse gas emission which is produced by Australian household is because of this operations.
