The diagrammatic representation depicts the manufacturing and distribution of sports shoes.

Overall, it can be manifested that the production of shoes is a time consuming process which takes one and half year commencing with the design and culminating with the shoes being distributed.

First of all, the pattern of shoes are designed on computers and on the basis of this designs, the raw materials such as leather or fabric are collected from tannery or mill respectively with the addition of rubber sole from a discrete industry. After that various shapes of these are formed with the help of sticking machines as well as upper parts are attached with bottoms with the help of glue and lastly the laces are tied on the shoes. Finally, the shoes are ready.

Once the shoes have been made, they are packed into boxes of dozen and then into a large container which contain 5500 pairs of shoes. This is followed by distribution to the vendors from where they are either sent to local shops or is send to other places through cargo. The entire process takes around 18 months.
