The diagram below shows one way of manufacturing ceramic pots.
The diagram illustrates the way in which ceramic pots are produced in the man-made process.
Overall, the process has various phases, starting from dugging raw materials out of the ground, and ending with completely colorful pots.
At the first stage, main materials are extracted on the ground by digger and then transported to the machine by a truck. At the factory, materials are on a number of steps, followed by assembled clay pots. They are first crushed into power then mixed with water. After that, the moistened clay are poured into moulds, then is left after four to six hours drying. Once dried, the clay pots commence to takes shape.
At the next steps of the process, these clay pots are placed in an oven in order to heat at a temperture of 1000 degrees celsius. Following this, colours are added with the aim of decorations and coloured pots are then put into firing oven. The outcome of this step is the final products, ceramic pots, which are ready for being purchased.
