To begin with, fish are caught and then frozen or stored in the next step. Then, they are unloaded and weighted before being thawed. After thawing, they are cut into big pieces and then are steam cooked. After cooked, these are cooled and then filleting or cut into small pieces.
Nextly, these pieces are canner with the help of added brine, water or oil in the cans. Afterthat, the cans are sealed and then sterlizing by heating. In the next stage, stamping or labelling is done on the cans before stored them. Lastly, fishes are finally dispatch to the supermarket for sale.
