The diagram depicts the stages involved in manufacturing consumer goods and how a feedback id processed to make necessary amendments.
It is observed that before the product is sent to production planning stage. There is a culmination of two steps where one, manufactured components coupled with raw materials is stored and product research is been done and then designed product is processed to the production stage. Then product is made to go through stages like assembling, inspection and testing. Before the goods are sold, these products are packed and dispatched.
Whereas the feedback session is conducted to bring necessary changes in the product is as follows: first feedback is sent from production planning stage to the storage to test the availability. The positive feedback is sent to production stage for repeat orders and negative feedback is sent for market research. It is also observed that couple of feedbacks were sent during the production of product like after testing a negative feedback way sent to packaging team.
The above are the typical stages involved in manufacturing a flawless consumer product.
