Overall, there are four stages in the production of cement, beginning with the crushing of limestone and clay and ending with packing of cement. For concrete production, it only has one stage, which involves the use of a concrete mixer only.
First, A machine called the crusher refined limestone and clay into fine powder and then it passes though the mixer and the rotating heater where the powder is heated to reduce its moisture. Excessive heat from the heating process is taken out though the pipes next to the heater. This powder is then being converted into cement by grinding. Finally, it is packaged into bags and is available to be an essential material to produce concrete.
The production of concrete requires only one simple step which involves combining of different materials-cement, water, sand, and gravel in the proportion of 15%,10%,25% and 50% respectively and put in the mixture into the concrete mixer.
