Overall, it has five stages in the production of cement from mixing of raw materials to make packing of cement into bags.However, concrete production is easy process by mixing of four ingredients into a concrete mixer.
If we look at left diagram,limestone and clay are crushed to make powder.These powders are then mixed before passed thorough the rotating heater. During this process, external heat is supplied.Next stage is that these mixtures are grinned to produce cement.These cement is packed with bags and transported to the construction to produce concrete.
In terms of right diagram, a half gravel, quarter sand, a tenth water and 15% of cement are mixed in the cylindrical drum according to clockwise direction. Finally, concerte is produced.By contrast, cement is the essential ingredient for the manufacturing of concrete.
