Films can tell us a lot about the country where they were made. What have you learned about a country from watching its movies? Use specific examples and details to support your answer.

Movies do more than just entertaining people, they reflected a picture of the country they have been made in. Watching movies will give us a sense of the culture of people, their lifestyle, relationships and more important values.
The very first thing people will learn about another country, watching its movies, is the people lifestyle. Most of the movies I have seen so far were American. For example, I have watched Freinds tv series, and I found out
what do American's relationship with families and friends look like, and what makes people laugh. In the U.S.A when someone reaches the adolescent age, he or she usually separate from his or her parents. And before marriage, a couple usually have been dating for several years. Also, large families are often rare, couples at most have two children.
The most important values of a people reflect in their movies. For example, I have watched Lincoln movie, which the values that the American society esteems, such as democracy, liberty, and nationalism, has been enlightened in it.
At the end of the day, learning about other people, through movies, has never been enough. It deserves precise researches on its history and culture. Moreover, the cinema industry is significantly under influence of financial issues. Therefore a poor country despite its esteem people and existence of high values in its culture, cannot present its reality, due to its poor economy.
