The flowchart presents how plastic paper clips in a small manufacture are produced in color. Overall, there are several stages in the process, including examination and selection of appropriate products in a regular basis before delivery.
At the beginning of the stage, plastic is heated before being formed into a paper clip and dyed with three main colors such as red, blue and yellow. Then, all of these products will go through a process called quality control, which allows machinery to examine their strength. If there are any problems found in those paper clips at this stage, they will be thrown away.
Eventually, workers at the factory proceed the next step by categorizing which plastic goods have many colors or single one. This stage is crucial as humans can remove undesirable things found in these paper clips before moving on. Then, these products are once again gone through another quality control process, which will check for the color combination and singles of plastic paper clips. The last step is to pack the commodity and convey them to consumers.
