The given diagram depicts how pencils are produced.
It can be vividly seen that in the initial stage, the clay is rolled on ground graphite with hydrogen gas. This process is made clay into graphite dough. Further, dough is put into the cylinder type for forming process. It produced graphite rod which are cut into strait long shape.
Turning to rest of description, these long leads drying in oven on 800 c heat. Further, these leads are joint with a plain wood by using glue. After that, simple wood is cut into wooden slat by grooves and put
onto this plain wood in order to give the pencil shape. It makes sandwich of slats and cut into pencil shape. The shipping machine smooth these pencil slats and make a proper pencil.
Almost all the stages involved in the process are equally important. If any stage is missed the whole process gets halted.
